How will I know my appointment is confirmed?
Once your appointment is successfully booked, you will receive a confirmation message from Zia Medical Center. This message will include all the details of your appointment, such as the date, time, and service type. If you do not receive a message within 24 hours, please contact us for assistance.
Is it possible to set up an online consultation?
Yes, we offer online consultations for patients who prefer a virtual appointment. When filling out the booking form, simply mention that you would like the appointment to be online in the “Additional Notes” section (the fourth box). Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive a link to join the consultation.
How can I check if my insurance is accepted?
We work with over 40 insurance companies and also provide reimbursement forms for eligible treatments. To check if your insurance is accepted, simply mention your insurance company in the “Additional Notes” section of the booking form or note that you’re wondering about insurance coverage. Once we receive your request, we may ask for a copy of your ID, and our insurance team will verify your coverage details and get back to you.
Is parking available at the clinic?
Yes, we provide valet parking services for all our patients at Zia Medical Center, ensuring a hassle-free experience. Simply arrive at the clinic, and our valet team will take care of your vehicle. Detailed instructions will be included in your appointment confirmation message.
